Visa Consultant (Freshers Welcome)
Location: Coimbatore/Remote
As a Visa Consultant at Global Career Connect, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their international travel and immigration goals. Key Responsibilities:
Provide consultation and advice to clients on various visa types, including tourist, business, work, and permanent residency visas
Assist clients in understanding visa eligibility and requirements based on immigration guidelines
Help clients prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete
Stay informed about visa policies and procedures for countries such as the USA, UK, Schengen countries, Canada, Australia, Japan, and South Korea
Handle client inquiries, follow up on application statuses, and offer troubleshooting when necessary
Offer assistance with interview preparation, document collection, and other key steps in the visa process
Build strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service throughout the visa application journey
Qualifications
Freshers with a strong interest in visa and immigration services are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn about visa regulations and immigration policies
Preferred (but not required)
Any prior experience or internship in visa consulting, travel agencies, or customer service
Knowledge of visa processes for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, or Schengen countries is a plus
